Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Plant Delivery Mobilisation Manager to co-ordinate mobilisation and readiness activities for a defined sub-area within the Plant Delivery Organisation. You will establish mobilisation processes, ensure governance and delivery methodologies are embedded, and create detailed delivery plans with risks and readiness metrics.

The role requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments, with nuclear know-how highly regarded.

• Creating and owning detailed delivery plans, actions, risks and readiness metrics.
• Co-ordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations teams
• Proactively identifying, tracking and managing tasks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
