Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is recruiting a Plant Delivery Mobilisation Manager to co-ordinate mobilisation and readiness for a defined Sub-Area within the Plant Delivery organisation. The role can be based from Derby, Manchester or Warrington with hybrid working and regular supplier travel.

The candidate will bring experience in mobilisation, industrialisation, operations and programme delivery, with exposure to regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Exposure to regulated or safety‑critical environments is desirable.
• Experience with mobilisation/industrialisation/operational readiness in complex engineering settings.
• Ability to apply governance frameworks and delivery methodologies with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deliver mobilisation processes and readiness activities for your area.
• Ensure governance requirements and delivery methodologies are embedded and followed.
• Create and own detailed delivery plans, actions, risks and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations teams.
• Identify, track and manage tasks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
