We are actively seeking a Manager (or Senior Consultant) to join our growing People and Strategy team. This team within BearingPoint continues on their strong growth trajectory and this would be a fantastic opportunity for the right person to make a strong impact.

What type of work will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager (or Senior Consultant) to join our People and Strategy Service Line. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering executive-level coaching and spearheading key consulting activities, including but not limited to Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process optimisation, change management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a robust operational background complemented by consultancy experience, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical application.

What we will look for in your CV:

  • Desirable to have previous experience in operational management alongside consulting projects or internal consulting.
  • Previous experience in coaching would be desirable but not essential.
  • Evidence of application of practical experience in business and process analysis roles
  • Evidence of working with data.
  • Understanding and appreciation of how technology can support solving business problems.
  • Continuous professional growth and development.
