The Team

KPMG’s Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS) team is a priority growth area for KPMG with significant investment plans and big growth ambitions. One of our key services is Contract Management Transformation, where we help clients to drive cost efficiencies, minimise risk and maximise contract performance across the enterprise through the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platforms.

The Role

We are seeking talented Contracting Consultants to grow our Contract Management Transformation practice within LOTS. You will help clients adapt to technological advances to better manage their contracts. Your responsibilities include delivering transformation projects, leading client interactions, gathering and validating requirements, and overseeing large global contract transformations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, analysts, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation while adhering to KPMG standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client workshops to gather requirements
• Coordinating technical delivery of contract management projects, including consulting and CLM technology implementation
• Defining technical solutions at architectural and design levels
• Managing process mapping and improvement initiatives
• Handling client communications and project management
• Continuously enhancing knowledge of CLM technologies through various learning resources
• Building strong relationships with clients and team members to enhance KPMG’s reputation
• Supporting the presales lifecycle of Contract Management Transformation services
• Contributing to the development of the service roadmap
• Ensuring project compliance with KPMG’s architecture standards
• Sharing knowledge within the KPMG community and expanding your professional network

The Person

Preferred experience:

• Extensive consulting and client delivery experience in professional services
• Background in contracting or contract management
• Experience leading offshore teams and managing enterprise-wide solutions
• Experience delivering global projects in complex environments
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and project methodologies
• Proficiency in agile and traditional project management
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders
• Negotiation, influence, and teamwork abilities in demanding situations
• Resilience and drive to overcome challenges
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
• Proven track record in delivering complex CLM technology projects on time and budget
• Experience with platforms like Contract Express, iCertis, DocuSign CLM, SirionLabs, Coupa CLM, or others
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
