Realty Income (NYSE: O), an S&P 500 company, is a real estate partner to the world's leading companies. Founded in 1969, we invest in diversified commercial real estate and have a portfolio of 15,600 properties in all 50 U.S. states, the UK and six other countries in Europe, with a gross book value $58bn. We are known as "The Monthly Dividend Company” and have a mission to deliver stockholders dependable monthly dividends that grow over time. Since our founding, we have declared 656 consecutive monthly dividends and are a member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats index, having increased our dividend for the last 30 consecutive years.

The European portfolio, including the UK, has grown significantly since our first international acquisition, a £429m 12-property portfolio from Sainsbury’s in 2019. In just five years the portfolio now includes investments of over €11bn, and 483 distinct properties.

You will be joining a fast-growing European finance function, at one of the world’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts, as we continue our rapid growth in the UK and European markets, including moving into our new offices at 3 St. James’s Square later this year. We will empower you to make this new role your own especially with the management of investment reporting. You will also assist with European investment acquisition activities . With access to the senior leadership team in Europe and Internationally, you will develop and broaden your experience and take on additional responsibilities and challenges; with dynamic opportunities for career growth as the company expands.

Position Overview:

  • Support the Senior Manager, Investment Reporting with review of monthly investment data and disclosures utilised in internal and public reporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and internal consistency. Work closely with the European finance team to consolidate all European data for reporting purposes in the US.

  • Participate in Investment Committee and Acquisition team meetings and understand the deal aspects from beginning to end, including any nuances that should be considered in the company’s disclosures. Work with Acquisition, Legal, Corporate Finance, and other departments to analyse accounting implications and provide recommendations on investment reporting items that arise.
