Job summary

Springer Nature in London is seeking a Manager for Editor Training to develop and deliver high-quality training for Editors, Editorial Board Members and guests. You will translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences, with a focus on research integrity, for the Editorial Academy.

The role involves program development, content creation, webinars, and collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accessibility and quality across courses.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering engaging training programmes using a variety of learning approaches and formats (eLearning, webinars, hybrid).
• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into effective learning experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to agreed timelines.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Programme development: manage day-to-day running of the editorial training programme and support growth.
• Content creation and delivery: develop training outputs with subject matter experts and deliver courses.
• Administration of the Editorial Academy: setup courses, enrolments, reports and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal/external experts on training development and iteratively improve deliverables.
• Use eLearning software to create and develop online courses.
• Plan and run live webinars to provide engaging learning experiences.
