Job summary

Springer Nature Limited in London is seeking a Manager, Editor Training to lead the design, development and delivery of editor training within the Editorial Academy. You will translate complex scholarly topics into engaging learning experiences for Editors, EBMs and Reviewers, partnering with subject matter experts across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering engaging training programmes using a variety of learning approaches and formats, including eLearning, webinars and hybrid learning content.
• A university degree or equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into effective learning experiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to agreed timelines
• Desirable: Understanding of scholarly publishing, peer review processes and research integrity
• Desirable Strong instructional design and content development skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Programme development: manage day-to-day running of the editorial training programme and support growth.
• Content creation and delivery: manage end-to-end development of courses and learning pathways.
