The role emphasizes performance coaching, process adherence, and exceeding sales targets while fostering a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in leading teams and delivering results.
• Strong coaching and development of staff to achieve targets.
• Experience in luxury/high-end retail or client-focused service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team, with regular 121s and coaching.
• Oversee sales floor operations and ensure processes meet client expectations.
• Drive sales excellence through upsell/cross-sell and strong product knowledge.

Position

Your role:

• People Management - holding regular 121s, coaching and developing and creating a winning environment and celebrating success
• Sales Floor Management - ensuring all of our processes are followed and the client needs are being exceeded
• Sales Excellence - support your team to meet and exceed sales targets while role modelling strong personal sales, through a consultative selling approach. Coaching your team and utilising your expertise to support the upsell and cross-sell of relevant complementary products, enhancing the overall shopping experience for our clients.
