Senior Manager Data Science

As the Senior Manager Data Science, you will lead a team of data scientists and researchers. Your focus will be on developing innovative NLP and ML solutions, combining leadership, research, technical work, and project management to contribute to the organization's success.

Responsibilities

1. Leverage expertise in Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning to provide strategic guidance for AI projects. Stay current with the latest research and apply findings to practical strategies.
2. Maintain an extensive AI research background, evidenced by recent publications in leading ML, NLP, or text mining conferences and journals. Lead the team, uphold high technical standards, and foster innovation.
3. Possess extensive expertise in NLP techniques, ML algorithms, and deep learning frameworks. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries is crucial for leading technical discussions and hands-on contributions.
4. Lead and manage a team of skilled data scientists and researchers. Foster a collaborative environment, provide mentorship, and ensure efforts align with business objectives.

• Experience working with large citation and publications datasets and advanced ML techniques
• Experience with large horizontal databases

• Experience with deep learning frameworks and Large Language Models
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and relevant ML libraries
