Job Overview:

We are looking for a Manager, Customer Integrations, who is experienced in developing solutions to standardize complex system integrations and automate processes, executing code reviews to ensure quality, and has a proven track record for partnering to provide optimal customer experiences. This person would lead a team of people including solution architects, integration, and migration specialists who are involved with our customers’ implementation lifecycle from new deployments, maintenance of existing, and updating aging implementations. This role will oversee work to bridge the connection between Conexiom and our customers’ enterprise architecture ensuring accelerated speed to value, seamless integration, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience leading teams in similar roles. This position reports directly to our Sr Director, Connection Development who is part of our customer-facing team, with a strong dotted line into our product and development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance in the development of standard integrations aligned to customer ERP requirements including those for SAP, Epicor, Infor, and Oracle following best practices to standardize complex system integrations
  • Optimize standard integrations and process automation when necessary to match customer specific ERP requirements and understand the interplay of Conexiom solutions with customers’ ERP, eCommerce, and CRM environments
  • Execute code reviews and monitor performance to improve code quality, identify bugs, and ensure adherence to best practice standards
  • Influence acceleration of time-to-value outcomes throughout customers’ implementation lifecycle from new deployments, maintenance of existing, and updating aging implementations
  • Manage the process to move customers from legacy Conexiom solutions to our latest innovations to maximize their business outcomes.
  • Partner with the customer and sales teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and create deliverables based on defined success metrics for new customers
  • Partner with the product, connection development, implementation, and onboarding teams to review multi-faceted, complex implementations to develop solutions to optimize our customers’ experience using legacy software
  • Translate data into valuable insights about a customer’s implementations and provide strategies to drive meaningful value.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and summarize insights for internal leadership
  • Set team goals, provide mentorship, monitor progress, and encourage skill development
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and create plans to develop and enhance team skills and efficiency
  • Be a leader consistently looking for ways to apply your knowledge to make a difference, elevating our customers’ voice, and scaling ideas into sustainable change

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in leading technical teams to deliver solutions that integrate essential business processes within an organization and software that delivers standard integrations and process automation, for example Workato
  • Curious, analytical, and methodical. Needs to be highly organized and effective in problem solving
  • Business analyst-level knowledge for ERPs such as SAP, Infor, Epicor, and or Oracle
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms, data analytics tools, and SaaS-based products in the manufacturing and distribution sectors
  • Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer facing, product, engineering, SaaS operations, and sales teams to ensure customers’ success and product alignment
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • System integration consulting experience
  • Experience using AI to author code to deliver intended outcomes
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution, especially order management, supply chain management, production optimization, logistics, and inventory management
  • Project management experience with digital transformation initiatives
  • Relevant industry certifications in manufacturing processes
