Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy and Solutions to shape strategies that unlock growth and deliver innovative solutions with global impact. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth, operational improvements, and transformative programmes.

In this role you own projects, contribute to regulatory change and climate-focused transformation, and gain exposure to senior leadership across the group.

Qualifications

  • At least three years' experience in strategy consulting or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, delivering clear outcomes and recommendations.
  • Expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management, with an adaptable communication style for diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading or contributing to projects involving commercial strategy, business development, operational improvement, or regulatory change.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
