Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Regional People Experience Lead to manage regional advisory and operational teams, translating people strategy into tangible outcomes for employees and leaders across our UK footprint.

You will champion a high-performing, inclusive culture, use data and feedback to drive improvements, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while navigating change and ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in HR/people experience or shared services.
  • Experience designing and delivering customer-centred services or employee journeys at scale.

What role will you play?

As a Regional People Experience Lead, you will manage teams across advisory and operational services, shaping how employees and leaders experience support throughout their journey with us. Translating people strategy into meaningful regional outcomes, overseeing service delivery and use data, feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement. You will also build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, champion the voice of our people and create an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams are empowered to succeed.
