Job description

Our client is seeking a permanent Manager to join the Commercial Office on a hybrid working basis. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of the group's growth strategy by interpreting data analysis, engaging with business stakeholders, and driving performance improvement. The position sits within the Group division and focuses on sustainable expansion through both organic and inorganic channels.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of key workstreams supporting the group's growth strategy
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of projects to ensure delivery is on time and within scope
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of the group's pricing model
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret analytical findings and identify performance improvements
  • Prepare clear and concise reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Assist with aligning new business processes with current operations
  • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's commercial framework
  • Engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience in a multi-jurisdictional financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of presenting complex information in a clear and structured format
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
