Manager, Clinical Science Analytics & Insights

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager to join our Clinical Science Analytics & Insights team. This role can be fully remote within the UK, Spain, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, or Serbia.

Position Summary

The Manager, Clinical Science Analytics & Insights (CSAI) oversees the management and development of CSAI personnel. They serve as a departmental SME supporting initiatives, business development, best practices, and training to enhance quality and productivity. The role requires leading, managing, and motivating a team of CSAI staff and consultants, ensuring proper resource allocation, tools, and career development to maintain high employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily operations and ensuring project deliverables.
2. Developing direct reports through goal setting, performance reviews, and mentoring.
3. Overseeing onboarding and training for new team members.
4. Communicating strategic directions and supporting career development.
5. Ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Supporting departmental KPIs, project management, and business development activities.
7. Creating reports and supporting process improvements.
8. Collaborating on training initiatives and process documentation.
9. Managing resources and participating in departmental meetings and proposals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field.
• At least 8 years of clinical research experience, with oncological trial expertise and on-site monitoring/data review experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience managing CRAs, including staff development and evaluation.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical degree or related certification (RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization software, FDA & ICH-GCP regulations, and clinical trial processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
