Our site in High Peak, UK requires a Manager, Client Services to join the Client Services team. The role involves managing client services functions including proposal and bid processes, commercial strategy, marketing material optimization, and organizing client visits to ensure positive customer experiences and site growth. You will work with senior management, sales, and scientific staff to ensure best practices in customer service and harmonize practices across preclinical sites.
