Our Technology practice are looking for an experienced Architecture Manager to join the team.
In Technology, we help clients define, drive and deliver technology-led change. We have deep experience in the strategy, design, delivery and assurance of large-scale transformation across financial services, energy, commodities, utilities, telecoms and government. Our people become trusted advisors, independent of any technology provider, and deliver real value for our clients.
AI is changing how organisations work, compete and invest, and it’s changing architecture with it. Our clients need architects who can cut through the hype, turn ambition into practical action and create value without losing control of cost, risk or complexity.
In our Architecture practice we bring the right balance of innovation, pace and control to technology-enabled change. We work on our clients’ most complex and highest-return challenges. Commodity or ivory-tower architecture isn’t where we play.
As a Manager, you’ll lead architecture work, use AI to raise the pace and quality of what we deliver, and play an active part in growing our business. You’ll spot opportunities, shape compelling work and build relationships that last well beyond a single engagement.
You’ll lead architecture work that turns strategy into practical change. That means owning architecture engagements and workstreams, shaping target architectures and roadmaps, and helping clients make better decisions about where to invest, what to simplify and how to manage risk.
You’ll help clients move from interest in AI to safe, valuable adoption. We’ll look to you to cut through the noise, design for change and make sure AI-enabled solutions have the foundations they need: data, integration, security, identity, governance and clear ownership.
You’ll play an active part in growing our business. That means spotting where we can help, shaping work that clients value and building the confidence to convert good conversations into deliverable opportunities.
You’ll help build the kind of team people want to work in and clients want to work with. You’ll coach others, share what works and help us turn individual expertise into reusable capability across the practice.
