Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Senior Manager and AI Architect to own the architecture of enterprise AI programs, shape opportunities, and lead solution design and governance across client engagements. You will supervise multi-disciplinary teams and communicate complex architectures to senior clients while driving business development.

This role focuses on scalable AI platforms using Databricks, Snowflake and cloud services, with emphasis on responsible AI, cost efficiency and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology consulting, architecture or AI/ML engineering
• Proven ability to architect enterprise AI platforms
• Experience engaging with CTOs/CDAO-level stakeholders
• Track record in bid and proposal activity

Responsibilities

• Own and lead architecture of complex AI programmes end-to-end.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Staff engagements and grow delivery capability.
• Identify and manage architectural risks.
• Translate business strategy into architectural roadmaps.
• Support business development and bids.
