Job description

Spencer Clarke Group has partnered with a well-established accountancy firm to help secure a Manager position.

To be considered, you need to be fully experienced in all aspects of accounting and tax work, including preparing management accounts for clients, managing end-to-end accounting, and tax filing for limited companies across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will already be managing a diverse client portfolio and engaging with clients and directors to drive business forward.

The ideal individual will have a strong background in practice along with the following attributes:

• ACA or ACCA fully qualified with at least three years of post-qualification experience
• Experienced in end-to-end accounting, including producing final sets of Financial Statements with full disclosures and supporting working papers
• Preparation of tax computations (Corporate, Individual, VAT, and Capital Gains) and some experience advising clients on tax matters
• Confidence in client and partner interactions, articulating services clearly
• Experience managing a team of seniors, semi-seniors, and juniors to deliver client portfolios
• Solid exposure to Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, or similar software
