TESTQ Technologies in Sheffield is seeking an experienced technology project leader to manage large application enhancements and global rollouts. You will plan and deliver projects from definition through closure, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits.

You will work with delivery managers, product owners, developers, testers and vendors to translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive cloud migrations, testing and deployment to

• Over 10 years in technology project delivery, business analysis or technical programme management.
• Experience managing large application enhancement, migration and rollout programmes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess system and user impact.
• Experience with APIs and API/web app development teams.
• Capable of translating requirements into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Project manage a large application enhancement and global rollout initiative impacting thousands of users
• Plan and deliver technology projects from definition through closure balancing scope schedule budget risks dependencies outcomes and benefits
• Work with delivery managers and product owners to align projects with the wider DevP change portfolio
• Understand customer needs and translate them into clear functional requirements user stories specifications process flows and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with customers developers technical leads testers product owners and thirdparty vendors to define feasible solutions and delivery plans
• Manage application migrations cloudrelated changes testing reconciliation release and transition to BAU
• Analyse systems processes and the impact of proposed changes on users and business stakeholders
• Coordinate testing validate results manage signoff and support production golive
• Manage globally distributed technology project teams and thirdparty vendor resources within a matrix environment
• Support the rollout and adoption of new working practices with minimal impact on internal technology customers
• Provide project status reports covering progress risks issues dependencies and delivery milestones
• Conduct presentations handovers and knowledgetransfer sessions
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing innovative solutions delivery approaches products and services

To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in technology project delivery business analysis or technical programme management
• Strong experience managing large application enhancement migration and rollout programmes
• Experience with system and application migrations and cloudbased technology changes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess systems processes requirements and user impact
• Experience working with APIs and API or web application development teams
• Ability to capture explicit and implicit requirements and translate them into functional specifications Agile user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience producing processflow diagrams businessprocess models and dataflow diagrams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery best practices
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum
• Good understanding of the software development and delivery lifecycle
• Experience managing testing release reconciliation support handover and transition to BAU
• Experience managing technical teams and thirdparty vendors in a matrix environment
• Experience working with global organisations and distributed development teams
• Proficiency with Jira Confluence and Microsoft tools
• Strong status reporting risk management issue management and dependency management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management communication presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technology controls management information reporting and budget management would be advantageous
