As a Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping our client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful engagements that deliver tangible results. You will be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives, anticipating their talent needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that create real business impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within management consulting firms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, organisational structures, and talent challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to align client requirements with candidate acquisition strategies.
  • Represent Consulting Point in virtual industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing, relationship-driven role, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or management consulting.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding client engagement and revenue targets.
  • The ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients.
