As part of our management events team, you will deliver outstanding service at some of Edinburgh’s best venues, including magnificent stately homes, iconic city buildings, museums, galleries, and even a palace!

What you’ll do:

1. Oversee the food/beverage operation, managing and supporting a team of staff, delegating tasks to ensure optimal service.
2. Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
3. Use your experience and leadership skills to provide an exceptional, unforgettable guest experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
5. Brief casual and agency teams and manage break times.
6. Ensure profitability by protecting assets and stock.
7. Ensure team members are smart and presentable according to company policy.
8. Maximise sales opportunities through upselling.
9. Adhere to procedures regarding allergens.
10. Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a safe environment.

What you’ll bring:
