Job summary

Puro Associates in Cannock are seeking an Accountancy Practice Manager to join their friendly team. This hands-on role involves managing a small portfolio of clients, overseeing a small team and working closely with the Director to ensure high-quality work and deadlines are met.

You will review accounts and tax returns, train and mentor staff, and help drive the practice forward in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an accountancy practice at Manager or senior level.
• Confident managing clients, reviewing work and supporting a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience using Xero is highly desirable.
• Qualified by experience (QBE) candidates are welcome to apply; formal qualifications are not essential.
