Job summary

ARML in North London is seeking a Practice Accountant at Senior/Manager level for a client-facing role with vibrant media, tech and e-commerce clients. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, a salary around £50k with benefits and a pension, plus CPD and a clear career plan.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with at least five years’ UK practice experience, strong Xero and Excel skills, and the ability to lead client support and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• ACCA or ACA qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years' UK accountancy practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service for a portfolio in a hybrid, small-practice environment.
• Prepare statutory accounts and VAT returns; manage Self Assessment and Corporation Tax work.
• Ensure deadlines are met and supervise junior staff.
