Job summary

No prior management or sales experience is required, and full training is provided. You'll work day-to-day with customers at events and retail locations, aiming to hit personal and team targets while developing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers face-to-face at events, retail locations and other venues.
• Representing clients and explaining their products and services.

• Supporting team members and helping new starters as you develop.
• Tracking your own performance and working on areas for improvement.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you progress.
