Job summary

Playbook Direct Limited in Manchester is hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee to learn the business from the ground up. This hands-on role starts with customer-facing sales and progresses toward leadership responsibilities as you grow.

No prior management or sales experience is required, and full training is provided. You'll work day-to-day with customers at events and retail locations, aiming to hit personal and team targets while developing leadership skills.

Playbook Direct is hiring for an Entry Level Management Trainee position in our Manchester office. This is a hands‑on role where you'll learn the business from the ground up, starting with customer‑facing sales before taking on more responsibility within the team.

No previous management or sales experience is required. Full training is provided.

What does the role involve?

You’ll start by learning how we work with customers and represent our clients, while developing the skills needed to progress into a leadership position.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers face-to-face at events, retail locations and other venues
• Representing our clients and explaining their products and services
• Learning our sales process and working towards individual and team targets
• Taking part in regular training, coaching and team meetings
• Supporting team members and helping new starters as you develop
• Tracking your own performance and working on areas for improvement

As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to become more involved in team leadership, training and day-to-day business operations.

Who are we looking for?
