Travis Perkins in Epsom is launching a Fast Track Management Trainee Programme designed to develop future leaders in the building materials sector. This two-year, hands-on scheme rotates across branches and departments, giving you real responsibility from day one.

You'll learn stock management, customer relations, and leadership while working Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday mornings. No experience required; we hire for potential and attitude and provide mentorship and a clear progression path.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Core Business: Work across the warehouse, manage stock, and go on the road with delivery teams to understand our full supply chain.
• Build Customer Relationships: Work directly with trade customers, handle sales on the counter, and learn how commercial deals happen.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Shadow experienced Branch Managers to learn financial management, operational safety, and how to lead a high-performing team.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm + alternate Saturday mornings (8:00am-12:00pm)
