Fast Track Management Trainee Programme Build Your Career From the Ground Up

Key Details

• Salary: Competitive salary + performance bonus + comprehensive benefits package
• Programme: 2 year structured Management Trainee Programme
• Location: Chippenham
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm + alternate Saturday mornings (8:00am-12:00pm)
• Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Experience Required: None. We hire for potential, drive, and attitude, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Forget coffee runs and admin duties. This is an immersive, hands-on commercial experience. You'll learn how a multi-million-pound business operates from the inside out rotating around different departments of branches:

• Learn the Core Business: Work across the warehouse, manage stock, and go on the road with delivery teams to understand our full supply chain.
• Build Customer Relationships: Work directly with trade customers, handle sales on the counter, and learn how commercial deals happen.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Shadow experienced Branch Managers to learn financial management, operational safety, and how to lead a high-performing team.
