Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Haleon management reporting strategy, including the Group Management Reporting system, through partnership with finance teams at all levels.
  • Assist in delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports.
  • Conduct complex analysis of financial data to identify trends.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders across the company, especially finance teams within shared services, corporate teams, and commercial units, to support management reporting.
  • Support month-end activities requiring strong analytical skills, flexibility, and the ability to interrogate data from multiple systems to meet deadlines. Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and robustness.
  • Assist in external quarterly and annual reporting analysis and messaging.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including new tools and BI solutions, to enhance analytical capability and efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and business partnering as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Development, or a related discipline.
  • Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MBA (Finance), or similar.
  • Proven experience in financial management and analysis, preferably in Consumer Health or FMCG industries.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analytics, with attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Ability to create robust visualizations for performance presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of key financial statements, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.
  • Creative mindset for driving process improvements.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical, and financial skills, with a strategic perspective.
  • Willingness to learn and go beyond expectations.
