Coffi Lab Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume outlet. You will drive targets, uphold Coffi Lab standards and support the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will manage opening and closing duties, model outstanding customer experience and ensure all processes and documentation are kept up to date, while coaching staff to reach training and development goals in a fast-paced environment.
