Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (2:2 or above preferred).
• Willing to train and develop leadership and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotating through different business functions.
• Supporting departmental managers with daily operations.
• Analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
