Join our Finance Business Partnering Team to work closely with specific business areas, fostering active partnerships between operations and management. Your responsibilities will include preparing month-end accounts, reporting, insightful analysis, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
You will build trusted relationships with business leaders, supporting them in managing daily financial decisions through ongoing support and financial data analysis.
Lead month-end accounting processes, perform financial reviews, provide variance analysis, and suggest improvements. You will also support strategic decision-making with financial planning and scenario analysis, assist in business case preparation, and monitor change performance through reporting and post-implementation reviews.
Evaluate financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings, including maintaining financial reports and dashboards.
We seek a candidate with proven experience in a fast-paced, complex financial organization, delivering accurate results and analysis. Experience in preparing management accounts and business cases is essential.
You should be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or nearly qualified/qualified by experience.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, financial analysis, and translating financial data for non-financial managers is required. Excellent communication and data interpretation skills are essential.
