Role Description:

Management Consultants will design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, digital, and operational transformations, focusing on people and processes. You will support banking clients, particularly in commercial and corporate banking, in areas such as:

  • Project and programme management, including governance, delivery, and risk control.
  • Accountability for project delivery, resource mobilization, and team management.
  • Engagement with senior client stakeholders and communication of programme performance.
  • Industry knowledge application for implementation recommendations.
  • Leading diverse teams through effective leadership and coaching.

Support the development of Accenture’s Banking practice, building offerings, assets, and thought leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Understanding of Commercial or Retail Banking, including core processes, payments, mortgages, cards, and regulatory changes.
  • Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading teams in complex strategy and consulting projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like Big Data, APIs, AI, Microservices, Blockchain, Cloud.
  • Experience with M&A and integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and quick information absorption skills.
  • Consulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environment.
  • Willingness to work away from home as required.
