HSBC is seeking an HR Project Manager to join their People, Governance and Communication team. This role involves managing programme delivery, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective project controls. The newly formed People, Governance and Communication team will consist of colleagues from HR, Corporate Governance and Secretariat, and Communications. Although these will remain distinct specialisms, bringing these teams together will enable joined-up delivery of key activities across the bank.
People leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing, and engagement.
You will work closely with lead People Consultants, People Business Partners, People Advisors, and specialists, as well as the business directly, helping to deliver change transformation activities. The clients you will be supporting include Global Banking, Markets & Securities Services.
