Job summary

Teleperformance SE seeks a Finance professional to join the Financial Control team in the UK. You will work closely with the Head of Management Accounts, handling intercompany accounting, capex, and month-end close with a strong emphasis on controls and governance.

The role covers reporting, VAT considerations, and support for group intercompany processes within a shared services environment. Strong IT and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold, or be currently pursuing, a recognised accounting qualification, with recent and relevant finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Approvals & Financial Control
• Invoice approval at AP level, with a focus on capex and intercompany invoices
• Support the Finance Team with payment input onto banking platforms
• Assist Head of Management Accounts with cashflow forecasting
• Month-End Close Activities
• Reconciliations and controls (capex, passthrough costs and TB transactions)
• Develop intercompany understanding to support shared services
• Assist with VAT return preparations and group reporting
• Collaborate with Shared Services to understand O2C and P2P cycles
• Build strong relationships with the wider business
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support audit activities and governance
