Job summary

Teleperformance SE in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance professional to join the Financial Control team. You will work closely with the Head of Management Accounts, supporting intercompany accounting, capital expenditure, and month-end processes.

The role emphasizes financial control, reporting, VAT compliance and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Shared Services to understand O2C and P2P cycles and contribute to accurate group reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold, or be pursuing, a recognised accounting qualification.
• Recent and relevant finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics or SAP) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Approvals & Financial Control.
• Invoice approval at AP level, focusing on capex and intercompany invoices.
• Support payment input onto banking platforms.
• Assist cashflow forecasting for Head of Management Accounts.
• Month-end close activities.
• Prepare accruals and provisions.
• Reconciliations and controls across capex and intercompany TB.
• Cost reallocations and attribution.
• Develop understanding of intercompany transactions for the shared services team.
• Monthly group reporting and quarterly intercompany reporting.
