Management Accountant (Hybrid, London, UK)

This role works closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and support decision-making. It involves analyzing financial results and assisting senior leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
2. Assist with developing forecasts and reporting on cash, P&L, and balance sheet metrics.
3. Prepare historical analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
4. Manage two direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial analysis.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
