Job Description:

Management Accountant

This role, based in London with a hybrid working model, involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results to support decision-making. It also includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
