Management Accountant (Hybrid, London, United Kingdom)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and more. Join us to help keep the nation's critical digital infrastructures connected and protected.

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering accurate reporting and analysis of financial results to support decision-making. The role also involves providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, aiding senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to report contracts accurately, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
