Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis to enable effective business decisions.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measure, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure contracts are accurately reported, and scrutinize financial results.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
