Management Accountant (Practice), Peterborough

One of our accountancy practice clients is looking for a Management Accountant to join their firm on a full-time permanent basis in Peterborough.

The ideal candidate would have practice experience, including preparing accounts for multiple clients and management accounts.

Main duties of the role include:

1. Preparation of Limited Company, LLP, partnership, and sole trader accounts.
2. Preparation of self-assessment and corporation tax returns.
3. Preparation of management accounts.
4. Fully qualified or part-qualified ICAEW/ACCA.
5. Technical knowledge and experience with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
6. Broad knowledge of entrepreneurial clients and issues facing owner-managed businesses.
7. Experience attending client meetings.
8. Assisting junior team members.
9. Developing and maintaining client relationships.
10. Well-organized with high attention to detail.

Successful candidates should be able to travel to clients’ sites as required.

The company offers hybrid working arrangements post-probation, including one day a week working from home.
