Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational costs.
4. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and drive efficiencies.
5. Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
8. Contribute to system improvements and automation of financial processes.

Qualifications
