Job summary

Bluprintx, a PE-backed globally oriented AI-powered consultancy, seeks a Management Accountant to own month-end close for multiple entities, handling revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments and variance analysis. Your daily cadence includes board pack inputs and multi-currency cash flow across global accounts.

You will manage UK and APAC payroll changes, support credit control, and guide the Accounts Assistant while contributing to audits and system optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform month-end close for multi-entity groups.
• Solid grounding in revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments and variances.
• Experience with payroll updates and ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close procedures across multiple entities (EMEA, NA, APAC).
• Prepare monthly board pack inputs and group balance sheet items.
• Manage multi-currency cash flow and intercompany funding.
• Submit UK & APAC payroll updates and coordinate bank releases.
• Support external audits, VAT returns, and regional tax compliance.
• Assist with acquisition integrations, system migrations, and earnout calculations.
• Administer and optimize finance systems (Sage Intacct, Lightyear, Expensify).
• Provide guidance to Accounts Assistant and handle credit control escalations.
