Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting for a Worcester-based, PE-backed technology business seeking a Management Accountant. You will lead monthly management accounts, own P&L and balance sheet reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to ERP/reporting system enhancements. Strong Excel, ERP and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully/part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with relevant qualification.
• Experience producing management accounts with detailed commentary.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to present to non-finance audiences.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and ERP systems.
• Exposure to PE-backed or complex commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts preparation and reporting.
• Own P&L and balance sheet reporting and variance commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost management with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls.
• Assist with ERP and reporting system developments.
