Management Accountant - Hybrid work in a leading tech-focused environment (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Chelmsford

This role is with Telent, a leading technology company specializing in mission-critical communications and digital infrastructure support. The position is based in Chelmsford with a hybrid working arrangement and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with senior finance teams to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Developing financial forecasts and reporting on cash, P&L, and balance sheet metrics.
• Preparing historical analysis by project, including KPIs and variance comparisons.
• Managing two direct reports.
• Ensuring area reviews for projects, working with operations to report contracts accurately and scrutinize financial results.

Ideal candidate:

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
