Job Description:

Management Accountant

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact, helping to keep the nation's critical digital infrastructures connected and protected.

This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and provide analysis to support decision-making. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
