Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Management Accountant in Basildon, offering hybrid working. The role focuses on producing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and supporting month-end reporting.

The candidate should be ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified with around 3+ years in a management accounts role, and exposure to FCA/PRA environments. This is a growing business with study support and flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days at home) to develop

Qualifications

• Produces monthly management accounts.
• Performs variance analysis (actual vs budget, income/expenditure).
• Supports group month-end reporting and income flash reports.
• Assists with statutory accounts and FCA returns (RMAR).
• Engages in process improvements and finance projects.
• Oversees purchase ledger and cashbook routines.
