2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing business in the United Kingdom. The role combines financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process improvement while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and performance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification or part-qualification is required.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Strong forecasting, reporting and cash flow management skills.
• Experience supporting audits and statutory accounts.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Deliver financial analysis, forecasts and performance insights.
• Support budgeting, financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance.
• Prepare VAT returns and support audits and statutory reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and controls.
• Improve finance systems, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Support decision-making through meaningful financial reporting.
