Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report financial performance for the business line, including monthly management accounts with variance commentary.
• Lead and improve month-end close activities ensuring deadlines and integrity of reporting.
• Own key finance processes: bank reconciliation, accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue and intercompany transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and reporting.
• Drive standardisation of finance processes across units for consistency and scalability.
• Deliver significant financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Build relationships with non-finance stakeholders and provide actionable financial insight.
• Challenge stakeholders to drive improved financial performance and accountability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc finance projects as required.
