Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is partnering with a client in Manchester to appoint a Management Accountant. The role centers on delivering detailed monthly management accounts with forecasting and statutory compliance, while leading a team of Finance Assistants.

The successful candidate will have ACCA/CIMA qualifications with about five years post-qualification experience, excellent communication, and a penchant for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA with ~5 years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on approach delivering monthly management accounts with forecasting and statutory compliance
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed monthly management accounts packs including forecasting and statutory compliance
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Assistants
• Drive process improvements and potential system implementations
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
