RMErecruit partners with a Belfast-based construction SME to appoint a seasoned Management Accountant to their finance team. This role reports to directors and supports project profitability and WIP analysis.

You will drive financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements, collaborating with site management to deliver accurate management accounts and strategic insight.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in construction or engineering.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or finalist status is required or highly regarded.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to improve financial systems.
• Excellent communication, able to present financials to the Board.
